Year in Review

We are now hours away from 2023; we shall celebrate how we once again prevailed over evil by not dying in 2022; however, we once again did NOT achieve securing our Constitutional right to life, liberty, law, and happiness; rights that we once enjoyed and cherished. 

My first statement is to a few old friends - I am thankful the Queen is dead and very grateful that her reign of terror and her control over your nations has ended. So happy that not one of your Nations will be forced to listen to the Queens Christmas Message, the time when she felt it was important for you to listen to her wishes and prayers for the New Year. Lets hope the new KING ends her tradition of ego and abuse.

Next subject, George Washington's place in history. After 13 years of trying and failing, the greatest philosopher on how to preserve a Constitution, thus a Nation is George Washington. Washington must once again be given his rightful place in World History.  Washington and the Framers notes tell the truth, not the media, and not todays academics or Party members. Washington argued and predicted what we are living through today.

Truly unbelievable George Washington predicted the future. Thus to followers from foreign Nations (laugh); what went wrong? The Party usurp the power from the people and their power was granted to them in the USA Constitution.

Today, Mitch and Rand believe their job as a Federal Senator is to represent the Republican Party, their donors, Israel, and lastly to represent any citizen who shares their opinions on how all citizens should live in America or Kentucky. The crisis remains, Federal Senators no longer are focused on the Nation and or the concerns of all citizens that reside in their States.

The only way to achieve such power and control was to secure the ownership and control of all the sources which deliver messaging to the citizen; print, education, publishing, books, magazines, internet, campaigns, and television are a few of those sources.

Washington was a General, that point of view has been missed in philosophy; Washington and many of the Framers discussed why the Justice System should NEVER to be based on Party Membership; therefor we now have witnessed the collapse of the Nation.  Many today utilize Freedom of the Press as a frozen ideology; however, most experts know the Framers and many past Presidents had become growingly concerned with the media's power to mislead and misrepresent the truth. The  leaders of the past witnessed then how seizing or losing control of a Nation was tied to those who can control dissent and communication to the population.

The failure of America rests in the hands of the corrupt and uneducated Party members which control the US Supreme Court and the USA Military. They both share the blame for they FAILED to  protect the US Constitution, thus the Nation and its Citizens. This new form of government the Media, Democrats and Republicans have created is unsusstainable, it makes no sense and most importantly in LAW it violates  the guarantee clause of the USA Constitution.

Washington as MLK both deserved their place in history; who took their legacies and wanted to destroy such educated men? Pretty easy to see the erosion and how it was orchestrated. They have CEMENTED this modern media Party freek show.

To my foreign followers and to those followers from USA we had such a wonderful system in America, it is now gone for the reasons explained aboved. Thus, I have decided to go back to being an independent for I cannot stop my fellow americans and their foreign agents from destroying the Constitution, thus the Nation and Citizenship.

Time has come to again reflect on the greatness of Washington and MLK for both knew a PERSON has no ability to influence, control or protect a Constitution or a Nation. This is why the USA Constitution was a MASTERPIECE designed by men who utilized intelligence and their skills in ethnography.

To END, we must recall how it began. In 2010 Tami wrote the following letter after living in Africa for seven years. The letter was never sent to Obama or finished; however, the letter was posted on Netboots and here. Obama and Mitch why never finished? The letter is the beginning of Tami's intellectual political trilogy, for the  the letter is comprised of Tami's thoughts and observations on man living in a society. Of importance, the letter was written before Tami studied the principles and concepts declared in the USA Constitution.

Now to all of those who have died and or have had loved ones die over the last 13 years; and to all of those who know the depth of evil we are now subject too due to Constitutional PARTY Corruption. This next letter from 2011/2012 provides the evidence to establish, thus prove how Party politics were utilized to take control of the US Supreme Court; shape the Joint Chief of Staff's beliefs; and lastly, how the Party leaders cemented their control OVER THE PEOPLE by giving academics and the media the power to freely misrepresent Constitutional FACTS.

The number of PARTY leaders who secured jobs in the media over the last 25 years is of significant importance. The PARTY leaders lie rests in their belief they have the power to deprive a citizen of their right to life, property, liberty, law, happiness and freedom.

Read the January 2011/2012 letter Tami wrote, she argued with perfection her powers and her right to confront the USA Government.  Of great importance one must know as the Framers knew - corrupt government officials will often create burdensome procedures for the intent to limit a citizens access to full citizenship.  Why were the first ten amendments established, what did those government officials observe and live?

Read Tami's plea, where she asked her government and the United Nations to help the people and to protect the Nation. After reading the letter one is left to ponder why ONLY certain peoples' cases or causes get heard by the UN, Media, Democrats, Republicans and USA Military. Then while remembering those who have died over the last 13 years, ponder what cases and causes we were forced to hear.

Have we just witnessed some PARTY VALUE FORMULA where leaders CHOOSE which citizens have the right to law, life, liberty, happiness and property. Had the citizen debate left race, sex and nation?; had the topics of nuclear, slavery and holocaust become outdated?; were there actually even more devastating topics that needed to be HEARD?; however, those topics would of caused great hardship to the World's population.

How have we not discussed or heard about the topic of stopping those sciences which can take over the control and functioning of a humans brain and body; and how have we not discussed or heard about the topic of Global Apartheid, where globalization enabled a group of people to move the World away from Nations and Citizens to Few and Global; and then recognizing it was all achieved without any input from the people or governments of the World.

This letter, might address the question why the Obama Letter never was finished; and it might educate others who are victims and do not understand the crisis, read Tami's 2011/2012 letter, below.

Tami in 2011 stated "I am ok with a rape, murder, even war when discussing man living in a society and I was ok with never being married, having children or ever working in politics; however, I will fight to my death to stop the act of seizing the control and functioning of a humans brain and body. One can rape and that is a crime; however, seizing their brain and body to commit the act of rape which they would not have done is HORRIFIC and immoral".

Then Tami applied the same logic to any event that transpires in a persons life: your conscious choice has been seized for your physical ability, visual ability and vocal ability to choose or influence others has been taken, for the sciences function without your consent; so easy to understand the EVIL we are subject too; however, it is so DIFFICULT to STOP the evil.

In the above letter which Tami sent to the Supreme Court and USA Military, Tami presented this historical precedence so one truly understands, one CAN prove the FRAMERS of the USA Constitution WOULD NOT OF SUPPORTED any action to create, fund and deploy sciences that would seize the control and functioning of a humans brain and body. One must also know almost all the original Framers thought slavery was EVIL, thus there is no doubt on what the Framers views would have been on seizing the control and functioning of citizen or non-citizen brains and bodies. NO DOUBT they would have thought it was the end of the Nation and maybe World, thus unconstitutional  FACT.

In 1778 at the Essex Constitution Convention it was declared:

What this conscience dictates as our duty, is so; and that power which assumes a control over it, is an usurper; for no consent can be pleaded to justify the control, as any consent in this case is void.

Announcement Speech



President George Washington was a ‘no party’ independent who believed party conflicts would return our country to despotism. George Washington strongly discouraged political parties; he knew over time that parties would "subvert the power of the people and to usurp for themselves the reins of government". Today we are faced with Washington's prediction of the Nation collapsing if "Party Conflicts" cannot be resolved.

After years of observing how the media and the two political parties have taken over our Nation, Tami Stainfield has decided to join the Republican Party. She will be participating in the 2022 Republican Primary for the honor of representing KY as a United States Senator.

Tami has become an independent voice that recognized our current political, judicial and corporate policies and behaviors were shifting towards oligarchy and authoritarian principles. Tami hopes she can contribute in helping the Republican Party with altering and improving the current hostile political environment that Americans are subject too.

The division within the parties and media have created an Oligarchy form of government, where groups control power and authority opposed to the 'Republican form of Government' where the elected officials govern for the people and authority is the Constitution. The ‘Republican form of Government’ our Founding Fathers envisioned remains a Guarantee in the Constitution.

We have all witnessed over the last 30 years how the most powerful oligarchy organizations - Entertainment, Federal Government, Health and Technology have influenced or pressured elected officials to govern or not to, based on their products, services, financial interest and values, thereby usurping the powers of the Constitution and the rights of the people.  

Furthermore, in 1835 Alexis de Tocqueville said about Democracy in America , "great political parties are those more attached to principles than to consequences, to generalities rather than to particular cases, to ideas rather than to personalities". 

Utilizing Tocqueville observation, Tami remains concerned with the following political behavior,

oligarchies function by utilizing public opinion versus the principles of the constitution;

govern by utilizing individual cases and solutions versus the general public’s interests;

and they use favoritism, popularity and associations to determine agency versus competency.

These powerful oligarchy’s also have the resources and power to control the amount and scope of protesting, accessibility to legal representation and quantity of research. Furthermore, instead of enacting legislation which has been evaluated and weighed in comparison to competing funds, resources and people rights/interests; we have legislation enacted on oligarchy interests.

Lastly, Tami is concerned with America's contribution to Global Apartheid, she defines;

Where, a small group of individuals from different countries, nationalities, religions, and races use propaganda, fear and power    to segregate countries, corporations, organizations and individuals for the benefit of a few.

With interest we can also read Aristotle's words on how monarchy, democracy and oligarchies forms of government were not for the common good of all.  These historical points of view should provide Americans with a greater understanding of why our Nation is in a state of political and economic tyranny. Aristotle said,

For tyranny is a kind of monarchy which has in view the interest of the monarch only;  oligarchy has in view the interest of the wealthy; democracy, of the needy: none of them the common good of all.

Tyranny, as I was saying, is monarchy exercising the rule of a master over the political society; oligarchy is when men of property have the government in their hands; democracy, the opposite, when the indigent, and not the men of property, are the rulers.

Usa Founders created a 'Republican form of Government' from their experiences and from the observations and teachings of other great philosophers.

During Sept of 2021 RAND PAUL co-sponsored legislation to hand a few DREAMERS citizenship for they had already earned college degrees while their parents lived and worked in america. With grave concern approximately 140,000 Dreamers are from India a nation which has 1.4 billion citizens, USA has 330 million citizens. Rand would rather work on legislation to secure jobs for those born in India and other foreign nations, not good Kentucky.

Does Kentucky understand, Rand just endorsed with a democrat legislation to ensure the children of foreign born parents can work in America and they will now have an expediated path to citizenship. The reason why these children were targeted for advancement is for they had already attended COLLEGE while their parents worked in America.

Immigration was to be a system of fairness; Tami has experience with immigration for she lived in a foreign nation and her catholic grandfather on her mothers side immigrated from Krakow Poland. TIME OUT - the section you just read was to prove that Rand Paul mislead Americans for COVID is not the SAME as the FLU in 2020 or 2021 based on deaths, duration, ages of those who died and demographics. One can still not get vaccinated; however, you legally, morally and mathematically can not PROVE or ARGUE that COVID and FLU are the SAME in 2020 and 2021.

Tami, wants people to get vaccinated for the argument is if you get Covid you could die and your medical bills could be high - total risk assessment. If you don’t want to then you know you can die - eat another burger, smoke another cigarette, and inhale another Jul for the government told you those were health behaviors which could kill you.
