The Event
Stainfield's case on a criminal threat was argued and Judge found Stainfield not guilty; however the Judges decision wass a threat to Freedom of Speech; for his ruling was based on a contract of implied threat. Of further concern two USA Party members were able to get a two disorderly conducts charges for the same event and time with no Police ever present at scene.
