Constitutional Legal Arguments in reply to dismissal motion (Tami's Motion to Dismiss)
Stainfield's case on a criminal threat was argued and Judge found Stainfield not guilty; however the Judges decision wass a threat to Freedom of Speech; for his ruling was based on a contract of implied threat. Of further concern two USA Party members were able to get a two disorderly conducts charges for the same event and time with no Police ever present at scene.

The Event - unconstitutional definititons and scripting in Police - taking police reports, conversatons - again amendment 1 atates "nor shall the equal rights of conscience be infringed" person has right to control what spoken out of their mouth - Police? Police appeared to be a victim in event?
